Helping children cope with grief: facing a death in the family by Rosemary Wells. Sheldon Press, 1988.
Designed to help adults dealing with bereaved children. It includes an excellent chapter on School Attitudes, which details behaviours to watch for, death as a classroom topic, amongst other topics. The book also discusses Religious attitudes. It is one of the very few texts which discusses When a family death comes as a relief, situations which are even more fraught with difficulties, and also the far-reaching How bereavement in childhood affects adult life.
